A 30-year-old man was arrested last Monday morning after he was caught masturbating in public.
Children were walking to school along Twelfth Street when they saw him sitting in a Renault vehicle with his trousers down.
They alerted teachers at the school, who then called police.

Officers from the Social Crime Prevention Unit quickly responded and arrested the man.
Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora said the act is disturbing.
The man is expected to appear in the Springs Magistrate’s Court soon and faces a charge of indecent exposure.
