A truck driver was hijacked by men wearing police uniforms on the N12, Etwatwa off-ramp, last Thursday evening.
Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora said the victim was driving a Volvo truck with two trailers when he was stopped by the occupants of a white Volkswagen Golf Seven with blue lights.

The hijackers loaded the driver into their car at gunpoint and drove off with him.
They dropped him off at 6am in an open veld in Kagiso, Krugersdorp.
