Alternatives to your favourite liquor beverages.

Want to usher into the New Year sober?
With the New Year upon us, many people look to make drastic lifestyle choices.
One of them being going into the New Year sober minded.
Cutting down on alcohol has many health benefits. However, many people struggle with the change.
For that reason I have made up a list of beverages to substitute to that favourite bottle of wine, beer or cider, the selection is also great for non-drinkers:

• Sparkling water is a great alternative to alcohol, especially if you are a fan of bubbly.
• Club soda with flavoured syrup or herbs.
• Spiced apple cider.
• Water with a slice of lemon or mint.
• Pomegranate juice, rich in fruity flavour. Its flavour and aroma are comparable to red wine and can be used in cooking.
• Ginger ale.
• Red or white grape juice, excellent alternative to wine.
• Apple juice.
• And everyone’s favourite, cranberry juice.
