A man was hijacked on Tonk Meter Drive last Monday by two armed suspects, says Springs Police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora.
The man had just stopped at the traffic lights when two suspects got out of the car behind him and held him at gunpoint.

The suspects instructed the complainant to get out of the car, took his cellphone and drove off with the vehicle, leaving the complainant behind.
The complainant walked to the police station to open a case of hijacking.
The stolen car is a white Datsun Go with the registration HJ95DHGP.
