House robbery in Selcourt

No shots were fired during the robbery, and no injuries were reported.

A woman was held at gunpoint during a house robbery in Selcourt last Tuesday afternoon.

The victim was in her bedroom, and her sister was in the lounge doing her homework, when three armed suspects suddenly entered the house.

One of the suspects held the sister at gunpoint and ordered her to go into the bedroom, while demanding money from her.

Suspects got away with a television set, a cellphone, jewellery and a camp master, all valued at R25 000.

The suspects were wearing gloves and drove away in a greyish silver Mazda, with no registration plates.

No shots were fired during the robbery, and no injuries were reported.
