Local company donates to Dr WK du Plessis School

The Boom 14 Business Club donated R10 000 to Dr WK du Plessis School as part of their Christmas Gift Box Project last Wednesday.

The Christmas Gift Box Project is run by the school and aims to bring a little joy to needy learners.

This year, Boom 14, a social businessman’s club founded in 1971, donated a percentage of its funds to the school.

It also ran fund-raising projects throughout the year for the school.

Actikids donated 22 gift boxes that were personalised for the individual children at the school.
