SPARKS holds first open day

The school’s primary aim is to provide quality private education at an affordable price for all.

SPARK School in 170 Plasket Street, East Geduld held their first open day on Saturday and demonstrated their unique vision of teaching.

SPARK is an acronym that stands for their core values which are; Service, Persistence, Achievement, Responsibility and Kindness.

The school was built in 2018 and is the 19th SPARKS school to be built in South Africa

Parents wishing to enrol their children at the school were given a guided tour by teachers and staff members, showing them the classrooms and various facilities while explaining the benefits of a SPARKS education.

There was also a video shown in a conference room providing extra information on the curriculum and its various benefits. Pamphlets detailing the curriculum, extramural activities, uniform, after care and enrolment were handed out to the keen parents.

For now the school offers grade R to Grade Three but will be expanding to Grade Seven in three to four years’ time.
