Before the game started, Stewart Tawanda, the team captain said, “I’ve got confidence that we are going to win against Payneville Brothers. We are preparing for the league and we need the win.”
The treasurer of the Payneville Brothers, Koketso Manthoko, said, “We are currently preparing for the master’s league so this friendly match is a warm up for us.”

The Juventus coach, Wilson Bijou Eddie, said, “We are preparing to play in the August league.
“The league is called the Brakpan League and we are one of the 16 teams which have qualified to play in the league.”
The Juventus won 4-1 and the scorers were Ali Kowa, McDonald K Gurumombe, WSinston Sharambe and Lawrence Masina.
The man of the match was Hayford Quarm from Juventus.
