Pollak Park Golf Club held the monthly Gingers Day Golf Competition on Saturday at the Pollak Park Golf Club.

Bruce Gardner, a club member, says, “The 40-odd players enjoyed the warm sunshine after a rather chilly start.
“Our normal convenor, Mike Wise, has been ill and we all wish him a speedy recovery and he is taking a short break at the game reserve to recuperate.
“Many thanks to Harry Wise for stepping in to handle the prize-giving on behalf of Wise.

The results were as follows:
First was Hano Oosthuizen with 44 points.
Second was Bruce Gardner with 41 points oco.
Third was Elandre Kruger with 41 points oco.
Longest day was Juanitte Grundelingh.
Longest Drive was Tyronne Root.
Closest to the pin was Michael Maynard.
