A security guard was outside business premises on First Avenue when he was confronted by five suspects, two of whom were armed, on Wednesday evening.
The victim’s hands and legs were tied to one another.
The suspects forcibly removed the burglar bars and opened the window of an outside room and took a laptop, a camera system and a computer screen.

The suspects then made their way into the main building through the kitchen and took a sound system, an electric cable and another camera system.
The total value of the items taken was R28 600.
There were no injuries during the course of the robbery.
