Planned water interruption in certain Springs areas – 7am to 11pm

Shutdown and estimated restoration time is from 7am to 11pm.

Low water pressure to no water is expected during this time.

According to the metro, the fault is a Rand Water connection.

Metro officials will be restoring the pipes during the shutdown.

The affected areas are:

• Struisbuilt

• Selcourt Estate

• KwaThema Extension Three

• Daggafontein

• Nuffield

Water tankers will be provided as follow:

• One water tanker roving Struisbult.

• One water tanker at the entrance of Selcourt Estates.

• One water tanker roving KwaThema Extension Three.

• One water tanker roving Daggafontein.
