Pinegrove Primary School’s Grade Ones head to class

Proud parents dropped off their children going to their first day of Grade One at Pinegrove Primary School today.

Pinegrove Primary School welcomed numerous Grade Ones into their midst today as school officially opened across Gauteng.

The little learners were all very excited to start their first day at the ‘big school’.

Irene Snyman’s Grade Ones were busily working at storing away their stationery supplies on their first day of Grade One at Pinegrove Primary School.

 

Zanele Sibiya was very happy for her son, Yamkelani Langa (7), to start his school year at Pinegrove Primary School as a Grade One. “I don’t know who was more excited for school, me or him,” she says.

 

Happy Grade Ones settled in Natashia Holliday’s colourful class on the first day of ‘big school’, starting their school career.

 

Kgosi Makena (6) was escorted to his first day of Grade One at Pinegrove Primary School by his grandmother Junior Kgeletsane and father Isaac Kgeletsane and was all smiles in anticipation of starting his school career.

 

Riëtte du Plooy’s class was excited to start working on their first day of Grade One at Pinegrove Primary School.
