Keep children entertained these holidays
The holiday season can be fun at first as it is a time away from school for your little ones.
But it can also soon become boring if it is not properly planned for or there are little or no activities to keep them busy.
To make your children’s holidays a bit more fun, here are some activities you can organise for them:
• Take them to the zoo or the park where they can enjoy the day in different surroundings.
• Have them spend a day at the pool.
• You can also take them to a theme park to enjoy some kiddies’ rides.
• Get them some board games that will keep them thinking while having fun.
• Help them with crafts to make Christmas cards, gifts or decorations.
• Take them out for a movie on the big screen.
• Encourage them to play some sports instead of watching TV all day long.
• Have them help you make some nice treats that they can enjoy.
• Take them to a place where they can donate clothing and toys and spend some time with children who are less privileged than them.
• Have them visit some of your relatives rather than staying home alone.
It is important to remember to always go with your children or to have an adult who can supervise them while they are out having fun.
