The incident took place at around 10.30pm on Tuesday in Eastvale.
It is alleged that the victim was on his way home when he was stopped by the police who searched him.
The police found hair clippers in the victim’s possession and allegedly put him into the back of the police van and drove around with him for about five hours.
More information regarding the case will follow as soon as we receive it from provincial police.
