During a robbery in Nuffield last Thursday, the victim lost a briefcase with important documents.
The two suspects saw the opportunity to rob the man of the briefcase that he was carrying after he parked and jumped out of his car.
Captain Johannes Ramphora of the Springs police says the two armed suspects jumped from their car to rob the victim.
He says the first suspect threatened to hurt the victim who then let go of the briefcase in an attempt to save his life.
The second suspect then grabbed the briefcase from the ground and demanded the victim’s car keys and a cellphone before leaving the scene.
No shots were fired and the police are looking for the suspects.
