Beat the maths blues

This week marks the start of our Grade 11 and 12 maths tutorials which have been vetted by the district office of the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE).

This project has the full support of GDE district director Maurenn Mthimunye who says she is extremely excited to see a project which seeks to help our learners improve their grades.

Maths worksheets will appear over the next three weeks and then every two weeks thereafter with the aim of providing a complete study guide for the Grade 11 and 12 Caps curriculum by the end of September.

This guide can be used by students to study for their end of year exams.

The answers to all drills will be available on this site next Thursday so make sure you have completed the exercises by then so you can see how you have done.

These maths worksheets have been drawn up by Ntsane Masiloane of the Ntsane Masiloane School Enrichments Programme.

This week the modules are on Simplifying and Factorising: Three Terms.
