Eight bowling clubs compete in bowling competition
Springs Town Bowling Club is hosting the annual Springs Fever Trips at the club.
This five week competition started on October 1 and is played every Wednesday.
Springs Town sends invites out to six Ekurhuleni clubs, Delmas
Bowling Club and Heidelberg Bowling Club.
Izak Hattingh Springs Town’s club secretary, says Delmas and
Heidelberg support them often in similar events.
The strong relationship between the clubs present leads to invites for fundraising events to support the various clubs.
According to Izak the teams playing are all strong and it will be interesting to see who will win the trips.
The final trips will be played on October 29 when the winning team will be announced.
