The children, two boys and three girls, aged two, three, four, 11 and 16, were brought to the clinic for treatment after the police made the gruesome discovery.
The man is accused of physically and emotionally abusing his family for many years.
This included depriving them of the right to attend school or to socialise.
The children have reportedly never attended school and are believed never to have left the house until now.
The local clinic confirmed that they are treating the children, but did not want to comment at this stage, as they will be testifying in court.
