Ebotse and BCC to host women’s champs
The matches will tee-off from 07:30. The final prize-giving will be on May 24 at BCC at 15:30.
The Ekurhuleni Senior Women’s Golf Club will host the 28th South African Senior Women’s Championship at Benoni Country Club (BCC) and Ebotse Links in May.
According to the club president, Charmaine Stone, they expect 192 players to take part in the event.
“We have done the draw and are ready for the event. Anyone who would like to watch the ladies is welcome. We are honoured to be the hosts of this prestigious event,” she said.
Stone said the opening ceremony will take place on May 21 at BCC. It will follow a four-ball alliance competition at both BCC and Ebotse Links on May 22.
The national championships will be over two days, May 23 and 24, with matches at Ebotse Links and BCC.
The matches will tee off at 07:30. The final prize-giving will be on May 24 at BCC at 15:30.
