Man crashes car after being shot
The couple had been driving from Daveyton on their way to Delmas in their grey Audi.
A man and his fiancé were shot near the Etwatwa N12 offramp on Saturday evening.
The couple had been driving from Daveyton on their way to Delmas in their grey Audi (HMH054MP) when they pulled over with a flat tyre.
The man got out to check what was going on.
“He alleges that he saw two men running towards the car. He quickly got into the car and one of the men knocked on the driver’s window but he drove off.

“A bullet came through the back window and hit the man in the back,” explained Capt Johannes Ramphora, communications officer at the Springs Police Station.
The man still managed to drive until the Springs N12 offramp. He then lost control of the car. The couple was rushed to Tambo Memorial Hospital in Boksburg by ambulance.
No arrests have been made.
