Sewage is spilling down Rennie Road in Selection Park and has formed deep puddles on many parts of the road.
According to resident Clinton Tipper, the problem has been going on for weeks and he hasn’t received any answers from the metro.
“I have reported the problem to the metro more than once. Every time I call, they say they will send someone out but they haven’t shown up once,” said Tipper.

A member of the community has started taking matters into his own hands by cleaning up some of the sewage, but he is only able to do so much.
“It’s impossible to live like this. People have to drive along this road every day when they go to work or take their children to school,” added Tipper.
