Case of culpable homicide opened after fatal accident
According to Amanda Greybe, spokesperson for Springs SAPS, the three occupants in the sedan were burned after both vehicles caught fire.
The Springs SAPS are investigating a case of culpable homicide after a sedan collided with a truck on the N17 on Sunday.
This is after three people died.

The accident happened between Wit Road/Springs and Endicott/ Nigel off-ramps around 2pm.
Following the accident, the N17 was closed to traffic and was only reopened on Monday.
