Young singer releases first music video
The event is scheduled to be broadcast on Glow TV in a few weeks.
Talented singer-songwriter Pritisha Muthraparsad, better known as Pritisha M, from Bakerton, has released her first-ever music video.
She has now raised the bar once again by being the first 11-year-old in South Africa to release her own original Hindi song Meri Maa, written by popular South African musician Hussein Vally and produced by Indian music composer Mahesh Rao, together with the Bhavani Music Production Team.

On November 15, Pritisha M held the official video launch of the song.
The event was attended by dignitaries, entertainment and media personalities alike.
Some of the VIPs who attended the launch were the Consulate General of India, Anju Ranjan, Shireen Ebrahim (2020 Influential Woman of the Year Awards recipient), radio presenter Riyaaz Safi, TV presenter Keshni Yelumalay, Jitesh Hari, aka Super J from Lenz FM, veteran radio personality and journalist Fakir Hassen, TV and radio celeb Fadeen Mia as well as Nazeer Noor Mohamed and Crystal Estelle Vittee from Glow TV to record the memorable event.
The event was opened by Dharam Sewraj, CEO of Bhavani Entertainment and Investments.
The guests were entertained by the legendary Hussein Vally, the ever-popular Suraj Jewan and DJ Avesh.

Dance items were performed by Shivani Govender, former Miss India South Africa, and Sudarshan Naidoo from Desi Motion.
The event was held at a luxurious home based in the south of Johannesburg which was also used as the location for the recording of the Meri Maa video.
The launch was hosted by Pooven and Nivana Naidoo and their team from Indian Cuisine.
