Three people were left needing medical attention after a business robbery in Geduld last Sunday evening.
Speaking to police, one of the victims said he was in a Fourth Avenue shop with two other people when three men, all armed with guns, entered.
The men forced all three victims into the back room where they sleep.

Once there, the men assaulted the victims, kicking them in the head, before tying their hands behind their backs and demanding money.
After searching the room, the robbers found a black plastic bag containing R35 000.
They also took money that was in one of the victim’s pockets and from the cash register.

In addition to the cash, the robbers stole an amplifier, a home theatre system, three TVs, cigarettes and three smartphones.
The estimated total value of the stolen items is more than R50 000.
The victims were treated on scene by paramedics.
