A Skoonplaas couple was left unharmed after a robbery at their tuck shop last Sunday evening.
This is according to Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora.
Speaking to police, the husband said he was in the kitchen when two men arrived and requested to buy beer.
He went to fetch the beer when one of the men threatened him with a gun.

The other man was holding his wife at gunpoint.
The couple was tied up and the robbers fled with R3 000, along with the wife’s purse and handbag.
After the robbers fled, the husband untied himself and chased after the men when one of them fired a shot towards the victim, but missed.
