Armed suspects hijack courier vehicle in Fulcrum

No shots were fired during the robbery and no injuries were reported.

A courier van was hijacked yesterday morning in Fulcrum, says Springs Police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora.

The complainant was delivering a cellphone to a local company and was being escorted by a security van.

As the complainant was driving out the client’s gate, a white VW Caravelle blocked his path and four armed suspects jumped out of the Caravelle and headed towards the driver.
