Selection Park tennis club competes in Championship
The club from Springs that participated was the Selection Park Tennis Club.
The Gauteng East leg of the Growthpoint 2019 Top Guns National Senior Club Championships took place on November 16 and 17 at the GETA Complex in Lakeside, Benoni.
Twenty-one teams took part in the championship.
Five teams played in the A Division an 16 in the B Division.

The total prize money was over R200 000.
Fourteen regions in South Africa have a regional tournament.
The winning team of the A Division will move on to the national final.
The club from Springs that participated was the Selection Park Tennis Club.
The Nets Nuts team from Parkrand Tennis Club won the A Division and R6 000 towards their club.

The Amaze Balls from Atlasville Tennis Club won the B Division and R4 000 towards their club.
Top Gun Mavericks from Parkrand Tennis Club were the B Division runners-up.
Players had to be 16 years and older and entry was free to all who are affiliated clubs in Gauteng East.
