Domestic worker and baby unharmed after Geduld house robbery

The suspects ultimately got into the bedroom where she was and told her to keep quiet while pointing their firearms at her and the baby.

A domestic worker and the baby of the residents of the house were unharmed after a house robbery in Geduld last Monday afternoon.

Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora says the victim says was she was walking from the dining room to the kitchen when she saw a white sedan parked outside.

Two suspects who wear wearing dust masks got out of the vehicle and lifted the gate.

She rushed to the bedroom with the baby and locked them in and pressed the panic button.

The suspects ultimately got into the bedroom where she was and told her to keep quiet while pointing their firearms at her and the baby.

After the suspects left, she realised the suspects had taken her cellphone, two TVs, sound system and a PlayStation.

No shots were fired and no one was injured.
