Man shot in Epidote Street

The suspect got away with a plasma TV, a laptop and a tablet computer.

 

“A man was shot in the thigh during a house robbery in Dersley early on Monday morning,” says Springs Police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora.

The victim was woken up early to open the gate for his wife who was going to work and has after she left, closed the gate, but did not lock it.

The man’s dog wouldn’t stop barking, so he brought it inside, but the dog still did not stop barking.

When he opened the door to let it out again, he found a man on his doorstep.

When the victim asked the man what he was doing there, the suspect responded by shooting him in his left thigh.

The suspect got away with a plasma TV, a laptop and a tablet computer.
