An 86-year-old man sustained minor injuries during a house robbery in Pollak Park last Thursday afternoon.
The house owner was sitting in his front verandah when three unknown men jumped over the gate, pretending to be looking for a job.
The suspects then grabbed the man and dragged him into the house where they stole jewellery, cash and liquor.

His neighbour heard the screams and tried to assist the victim, her hands were bound together with shoelaces.
After the suspects ran away, the man was rushed to the Netcare N17 Hospital where he was treated for shock and minor injuries.
The neighbour was not injured during the robbery.
