Runners invited to the 50th Garbie Race

The 50th Garbie race will take place on January 20.

The race will start at the new venue this year, at the Veritas College Senior School at 6am.

Pre-entries and online entries will close next Monday.

The pre-entry ticket fee for the 32km race is R200, and R120 for the 15km race.

There will also be a fun run/walk which will cost R50 and starts at 6.15am.

A tiny tots 50m walk will start at 7am and will also cost R50.

Prize-giving for the 15km race will be at 8am and at 10am for the 32km race.
