Women’s day celebration with a twist at Every Nations, Springs.
A joyous women's day for both young and old.
Women’s day was one for the books for the youth of Springs.
The every nations church in Palm’s Springs shopping center had a celebration with a twist.
On Women’s Day, instead of having a celebration for mothers and grandmothers they decided to have one for the females that form part of the youth.
They did not exclude the older generation from the celebrations but had them come to impart wisdom to the youth.

The day was filled with eating and celebrations.
There was dancing, spa treatments including hand massages and manicures that the girls did on each other.
The day was also filled with ministry to try and teach the girls what it means to be a women in the 21st century.
Over and above having a joyous day where the girls had dancing lessons and watched performances, they had an opportunity to spend some time with a mother figure.
This was an opportunity for the girls to get advice and help if they needed it, or to confide in someone if they needed to.
Even the older women, who are used to being celebrated on this day, felt they had a great Women’s Day because they were able to impact lives and play a role in moulding the future generation.
