Addie staff in the kitchen: Cremora meringue tart
A slight twist on two classics, Cremora tart and lemon meringue tart, brings you Cremora meringue tart.
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup castor sugar.
• 2 packs Eet-Sum-Mor biscuits (or Tennis biscuits).
• 1 tin condensed milk.
• 250g butter (melted).
• 1/2 cup lemon juice.
• 250g Cremora powder.
• 2 egg whites.
• Pinch of salt and Cream of Tartar.
