Woman woken to sight of firearms in Struisbult

A woman woke up to the reality of one of two suspects pressing a firearm into her face in her home in Struisbult on April 10 at midnight.

The other suspect pointed a rifle at the 55-year-old woman.

Capt Johannes Ramphora says they instructed the woman not to scream or they will shoot her.

“They bound her hands and feet with cable ties and took two cellphones and two tablets.”
