Three in one: a busy weekend of golf at Pollak Park Golf Club

It was a busy weekend of competitive golf at Pollak Park Golf Club.

In the Meat Comp 1st 9 competition, Derek Waters emerged victorious with 22 points.

The runner-up was Colin Spence with 21 points.

At the 4 Ball alliance Waltz competition that took place on February 3, the trio of Basil Houndalas, Kyle Murphy (Pivot) and Steve Murphy took the top spot with 88 points c/o.

Dudley Palmer, Mark Blackstock, Mark Lambrechts and Harold van Rooyen came second with 88 points.

February 4 saw the IPS competition.

The winner was Dave Nagel with 38 points c/o.

Following closely behind in second place was Gary de Klerk with 38 points c/o.

In third place was Ross McAllister with 38 points

The Medal competition will be on February 10 and the Medal Stableford on February 11.
