Oval track racing challenge coming your way
Which club will be crowned the Intercity Champion?
The Rock Raceway vs Pretoria’s Mahem Raceway Intercity Challenge will take place at The Rock Raceway on Saturday.
“The question remains, which driver will be able to win the three heats in the racing category with the most entries?” says Abie Sada from The Rock.
A variety of open-wheelers, ranging from Kids In Racing SA Ninja Class and 125 Shifter Karts to Standard Midgets and V8 Sprints, will take to the circuit. Saloon cars and space frames will include classes like 1600 Stock Rods, 1660 Modified Saloons, 2L hot rods and Super Saloons.
Gates will open at 10am, with practice sessions throughout the day.
Racing starts at 4pm.
