When the guard arrived at the premises at 9.16pm he noticed three unknown suspects on the premises.

Capt Johannes Ramphora, Springs police spokesman, says the suspects fired a shot at the man and fled the scene in a red VW Golf.
The guard discovered the canteen window was forced open and noticed the canteen was ransacked but nothing was stolen.
