Resident Nothokozani Mnquokoyi (25) says he first noticed only a puddle of water around the water meter, but it has since become a stream of water running down the street towards Fourth Avenue.
After the matter was reported to the metro for the second time, a different reference number was given.
“It is a lot of water going to waste,” says Mnquokoyi.
The metro had not responded to the questions sent to them by the time of going to print.
