The Young Stars u-15 team beat their opponents with four goals to two.

Madime Buthelezi was crowned the man of the match with the two goals he scored for his team.

Tiaan says Thami Shamu and Bobo Motshegoa each scored one goal, which added to the victorious 4-2 score.

The u-17 Young Stars played to a draw with two goals scored by Young Stars and Comeback.

Clement Mokadzi and Vusi Lukhele managed to score the two goals for their team and Clement Mokadzi was the man of the match.

Another game was scheduled for both Young Stars u-13 teams against Brazil.

However, the Brazil team never showed up for the match, therefore, they forfeit their points.

Both Young Star U-13 teams as well as the u-15 team are number one on the ESLF log, while the u-17 team is currently number five on the log.

“The games played were quite tough, but I am proud of the performance of all the teams,” says Tiaan.

The four teams will play against Multiplayers Football Academy at Welgedacht Stadium at 10am on Saturday.
