New PRO for Hospice East Rand

For the past seven years Laura was the fundraiser at the Methodist Homes Eddy House in Benoni, and is well equipped to take on the new challenge at Hospice.

Laura is setting up a group of volunteers called Friends of Hospice to help her to meet the fundraising target for the organisation.

This will in turn enable them to care for a greater number of patients with life limiting illnesses.

“We invite any interested Springs residents to join this fun group of volunteers,” says Laura.

Hospice East Rand has a nursing sister and social worker working specifically in Springs and the surrounding area.
