Jantjies, Ismaiel cleared for Bulls

Jantjies (hip) and Ismaiel (knee) could be named in the squad to play the defending champions, the Blue Bulls said in a statement on Monday.

Centre Francois Venter (foot) and utility back Clayton Blommetjies (ankle) would train on Tuesday, but prop Morne Mellett would miss another week of rugby.

Basil Short (knee, four months), Francois Hougaard (ankle, five months), Cornell Hess (knee, six weeks), Deon Stegmann (shoulder, five months), Arno Botha (knee, two months), Pierre Spies (bicep, three months), Louis Fouche (knee, four months), Jean Cook (thumb, three weeks) and Callie Visagie (ankle, four weeks) remain long-time casualties.
