Baloyi, a Chiefs development product, left Amakhosi to join Siwelele in June.
“Enjoying football and living in a cordial atmosphere on a regular basis injects some sense of belonging and pure happiness,” Baloyi told the Celtic website.
“I have not been in such a fantastic environment in a long time and I am convinced that I made the right decision to come here.”
Baloyi has seen a lot of game time at Siwelele helping the club start the season on a bright note as they currently occupy fourth spot on the league table with 15 points, two behind leaders Baroka FC.
Celtic also came back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with SuperSport United in the Telkom Knockout last-16 before winning the tie 5-4 on penalties after to reach the quarterfinals.
The midfielder added that team spirit and unity among players are some of the elements that are helping the team to get good results.
“Once you are bonded, you ultimately develop that telepathy and common understanding leading to better and progressive displays. Fortunately, we don’t have individuals who are superstars and egocentric. Instead, we have players that are in unison and willing to fight for each other. Fuelling the desire to do well will always be the massive support we are getting from our faithful supporters, we really appreciate it” he concluded.
Celtic travel to Rustenburg to face Platinum Stars in the TKO quarterfinal match at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium on Saturday.
