The South African Cricketers’ Association (SACA) said a minute of silence would also be observed before the start of play.

Hughes died on Thursday, two days after being struck on the neck by a rising delivery from bowler Sean Abbott while batting for South Australia against New South Wales at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
