The Lady Irish Wine Cocktail recipe does just that, combining the smoothness of Jameson’s Irish whiskey with the fruity notes of Leopard’s Leap Classic Unwooded Chardonnay and a splash of grenadine and lemon juice.
Top it off with some bubbly and you have a refreshing and unique drink that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- Ice
- 30ml Jameson’s Irish whiskey
- 30ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Unwooded Chardonnay
- 15ml grenadine
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 5ml simple syrup
Top up with Leopard’s Leap Classic Sparkling Cuvée Brut.
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the Sparkling Wine and shake well.
- Strain the drink into a large chilled coupe and top with the Sparkling Wine.
