The tech market offers some helpful apps which promote a healthy psyche. What are the available options?

Mental wellbeing is an essential component of living a healthy and balanced life. In the current fast paced digital era, it’s easy to fall victim to unhealthy cyber habits such as spending a lot of time on online platforms which have the potential to diminish your mental health in the long run. However, you can use technology to your advantage by downloading some helpful apps to promote a healthy psyche.
