Official opening of the #NewBarnyard rocks Gold Reef

The premier entertainment destination in the south, Gold Reef City just got a lot better with the launch of its on-property The Barnyard Theatre.

The glitz and glam launch took place on Thursday night last week and the who’s who in the local social scene was there to mingle. Keeping revellers entertained throughout the night was 50 Carat Gold. The band took the audience down memory lane with greatest hits from the 1950’s up to now.

From movie themes to all other greatest songs which have made an impact on people’s lives, 50 Carat Gold, did them all.

Gold Reef City marketing manager, Gareth Kaschula said, “We are excited to be amongst the select group of Barnyard Theatres in Gauteng. This is just another way in which we endeavour to provide our guests with even more top-notch entertainment to choose from.”

The new theatre will be hosting shows from Wednesday throughout to the weekend. With a capacity of 400 and an in-house catering division, Barnyard Theatre will sure provide top-notch entertainment for the whole family.
