Simphiwe Madywabe (26) of Diepkloof is our most stylish man this week.
His sense of fashion got us drooling, we wanted to know more and what inspired him to be a “Modern Day Pantsula”.
Dating back from five years ago, Simphiwe started his movement not only of being a well-dressing man but styling others as well.
He started by collecting clothes which were popular from the 60’s to mix them with modern culture.
“When I look back at pictures of my mother and grandma, I must say that black and white was the ish back then and now I’m bringing it back to life by adding more colour to it with the modern day swag,” said Simphiwe.

Cymzyn best describes his “Modern Day Pantsula” look as a combination of older day look with the current swag, he’s that guy who wears suits with caps.
Again, what’s fashion without being captured?
As a creative person, Cyzmyn is also a photographer, capturing street art and events.
“Besides being a man who loves looking good, I also like capturing great moments.
“I’m a photographer because I don’t want to limit myself, every opportunity that comes my way I just grab it,” said Cymzyn.
When asked if he might release his own clothing line, Cymzyn said he can’t reveal much yet but something should be expected from him as he’s more of an “action guy” so we should just let his work speak for him.
Cymzyn is also part of Styleart Avenue, a group of four creatives who are inspired by untold stories through fashion, style, and photography.
