Adding colour to Chesa Nyama

Kwa Lichaba fusing the Chesa Nyama Culture with a Colour Festival.

Kwa Lichaba pub will be hosting their Colour Festival event  on October 15.

The dress theme is a white t-shirt and denim and cooler boxes are allowed at a cover charge of R50.

The Dj line up will include Lady Sakhe, Sgetz, Stokie, Motsumi, Excel, Zanda, Bheki, Ketane and The Jargons.

Kwa Lichaba offers an authentic Chesa Nyama experience in a chilled and relaxed environment with couches and ottoman under stretch tents that is sure to provide any sort of mood.

“Colour themed parties have been trending internationally and over the past few years in South Africa as well but we can all admit that Soweto hasn’t fully embraced the themed event.

“We saw this as an opportunity to introduce partying in style and giving more life to the party by adding colour.

“At the same time, we will be fusing the traditional vibe of Kwa Lichaba with a colour theme concept, setting this kind of party apart from other events around Soweto.

“After this, we will be looking into creating more events that are centred around a theme so as to give more meaning to partying and socialising,” said Thandi Mavata events organiser at Kwa Lichaba.

The venue is not only a pub but also features a car wash where patriots can have their car cleaned while they sip on something cold or wait for their braai meat, pap and salad.
