Toddlers found dead.
Eff Ward 12 members  embarked on the aggressive cleaning campaign which was targeting to clean up the Chiawelo flats and during the cleaning campaign, they discovered a dead dumped toddler.
The branch chairman Mbilawa Mbuzeni said: ” The reason why the EFF embarked on that kind of campaign is because of poor service delivery from the government.
“There is no maintenance of flats linkage of drainage everywhere,there are no recreational facilities,there is no patrollers and  innocent citizens remaining the main target to the criminals and rape children and steal and now the criminals see Chiawelo flats as potential area where they can do their criminals activities without disturbances because the area is so disorganized.”
Mbulawa: Said “This is really sad and painful to found the toddler dumped and dead here and this shows that some people are heartless in our community.
“To curb curb this kind of cruelty, we urge and advise residents to consider giving their unwanted babies to drop in centre and orphanage centres around the country and save a life instead of killing it.”
