‘Colour Me Human’ at Soweto Theatre

The Soweto Theatre will be hosting their first musical show of the year during the month of May.

‘Colour Me Human’ is a musical aimed at celebrating our humanity and to embrace the African continent.

The show is said to be relevant as it aims to remind us and connect us to our sense of humanity.

Makhaola Ndebele is the director of the show and he says that the inspiration behind the show came from the realisation that some of us seem to be losing our spirit of ‘Ubuntu’.

According to him, the show is aimed at reviving this spirit and celebrating some of the milestones we have reached as a country.

The opening show is on May 22 at eight in the evening and daily shows will be presented till May 30.
